November 14-15:  Lighting for Municipalities Course

The landscape is ever-changing when it comes to lighting neighborhoods, parking lots, city streetscapes, and other areas where municipalities are providing lighting necessary for public safety and convenience. This two-day workshop will focus on the ideal solutions for these challenges. Participants will learn how to apply technology to existing infrastructure, explore available tools, learn best practices, and discover how a comprehensive lighting package can be the best solution. Further discussion will include a review of federal legislation, state/local issues, energy efficient block grants, and grant assistance. This course is geared toward operations managers, city engineers, public works directors, energy/planning managers, utility providers, and other industry consultants. Additionally, this course will provide a great opportunity to network and learn from industry peers.
